Studio Cantica, Manica Smrdelj, s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) collects certain data about users for the sole purpose of providing free e-books and periodically informing you about news in case you subscribe to the newsletter.

The Provider collects, processes and stores the data provided in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It does not forward the collected data about its customers to third parties, except to state authorities for the purpose of prosecuting offenders and criminals, when they expressly request this in accordance with the applicable legislation. The provider stores said personal data on technically and software protected equipment.

The provider is fully committed to protecting the privacy of visitors. We will not entrust user information to third parties.
